I first came to rugby dental care about 5 years and saw arshana I am the worst patient ever hence why I hadn't visited one for a long time physically feel sick and I do cry 😢...i have also Fainted outside a dentist...after several visits getting my confidence up to visit I can honestly say I'm a changed patient Arshana puts me at ease understands my nervousness ....also so do the nurses shout out to Natalie thankyou to all of you 😘 I now have completely different front teeth had them whitened and a gap filled in I can even manage an anesthetic without breaking a nurses hand I urge anyone who is so scared to visit please visit here...I'm back on Friday to have final treatment done and you know what ...I'm looking forward to it thankyou to all of you ~ Susan R

I've been a patient at Rugby Dental since moving here after I got married in 2007, This dental practice has seen whilst pregnant with my 2 boys and we are constant regulars with our check ups. I've had a few issue with my teeth mostly due to hereditary issues and both my dentists first was Ranj and the second is Bhagwan have been so amazing with any issues I have they get me in as soon as they can. But most importantly they have been so great with my kids especially with my youngest as he really struggled with his gag reflex. The dental nurses have also been there and seen my kids since babies and now as teenagers. I would highly recommend being a patient here at this dental practice. They genuinely do care about each of their patients ~ Reena M

Being a very nervous patient when I first came to Rugby Dental Care, Archana took her time to explain all the treatments and the procedures involved which I needed to repair the damage caused by not having the confidence to go to a dentist for over 15 years. Archana did not rush me and we went at my pace and gave me back the confidence which had been lost years ago. Finally after 2 years with a few loose ends to tie up, I can now proudly show off my teeth and have the confidence to visit the dentist regularly. Thanks Archana, you are amazing and will recommend you to anyone who is nervous or not, this lady is an A1 Dentist, so if you value your smile or just want to get it back,this is the lady to call. I’m extremely terrified of dentists so much so I’ve no visited one in 13 years . However this practice is amazing . I can honestly say each time I go now my fear gets better though I still shake and have to focus on my breathing . I can’t thank them enough . The whole team are so supportive and understanding and they all take care and time to walk me through everything.I’ve had 4 visits now that include a consultation and check up with X-rays , a tooth out painlessly and 2 fillings and my teeth polished . If you are as scared as I am I would highly recommend this dentists to help you .The dental plan is great too and cheaper than my mums whose had one for years . I do hope this review helps ~ Pat S

I have had a fear of dentists following a bad experience as a child. I am always treated with compassion and understanding at Rugby Dental Care, whilst receiving first class dental treatment. The perfect combination. Bhagwan is my regular dentist and always puts me at ease. I had to attend an emergency appointment following a cracked tooth this week and was horrified to be told Bhagwan was not working. An appointment was booked with Sima instead. I was extremely nervous as she did not know my foibles and fears in the way that Bhagwan did. After a discussion, xrays and a chat Sima had a look in my mouth and the next minute my tooth was out. I hadn't even been aware that she was removing it! Amazing! I highly recommend Rugby Dental Care 👌 All of the staff find the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. And they know just how to calm a middle aged drama queen like me! ~ Debbie W

This practice, and in particular my dentist Dr Archana Naik, have helped me get over years of dental neglect and restored my oral health. I’m so glad that the treatment has helped me reduce oral pain and discomfort. More important than that, though, is how Archana has made me feel safe and respected. By proceeding at my pace, being clear about treatment intended outcomes and potential problems, and encouraging me to make changes at home I’ve been able to maintain regular appointments at the practice. Without Archana’s help I would definitely be in a worse position than I am now. The practice have also been able to be flexible with my needs as an autistic adult. Speaking to them about accommodations you might need to help you access treatment has, in my experience, been greatly helpful in minimising stress and avoidance behaviour related to treatment. ~ Claire

Amazing dentistry, the staff are always super friendly and helpful. They're patient and gentle with children. Definitely recommend! We were seen by several different dental offices around UK, none of which were willing to help and they all treated us very poorly like we didnt belong there, they just kept giving my 6 year old antibiotics but not wanting to solve the problem with her tooth. Dr. Bhavya and Natalie are the only ones who were willing to help her so that she is not in constant pain and doesn't need to constantly be on antibiotics. These doctors have a passion for what they do and it shows. I will forever be grateful. 🙏 Definitely the best dentistry I have ever been to. ~ Robyn C

I have been going to Bhagwan for around 5 years now and have had nothing but a positive experience from him. He has always been very calming and friendly, listening to any changes that have happened. Is completely worth the money! I did have an unfriendly encounter once with another female dentist who I believe was in charge [??] when I was sitting in the waiting area. A lovely nurse was talking to me and then we were interrupted by this dentist who talked to the nurse with no acknowledgement of me. That being said, Bhagwan has always made going to Rugby worth the journey! Thank you for all your hard work! ~ Steph

Popped in for an emergency appointment that I thought I had booked online but I had fudged up. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful, even managed to slot me in. Within moments I was sitting with the dentist. Very kind patient lady who talked me through my options and gave advice. After no time at all it was all over and I was on my way. I’m now signed up with this practice after the wonderful treatment I’ve received. Highly recommend even to nervous patients. Such a calm welcoming experience. For the first time ever I’m looking forward to my next trip to the dentist. Thank you all and see you again soon for my consultation. ~ wayne b

Rugby Dental Care helped me to overcome my nerviousness & absolute fear of visiting the dentist.The professionalism shown by all the staff is second to none. New to the area and needed a dentist for some pain I was experiencing. Zoe the receptionist was so kind and warm from the start which was so refreshing as I had phoned a few other dentists before. Got me and an appointment quickly and I met the lovely dentist Archana. What a wonderful lady she is! she is so patient, explains everything thoroughly and very friendly. I really felt as though I was in safe hands. I have to say I really don’t like the dentist but this has been such a lovely place to visit as all the staff are just so nice. This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. The team operate like one big professional family, passionate about making their patients feel safe and genuinely cared for. They have found the perfect balance between formal professionalism and genuine warmth, which is extremely reassuring. After struggling to find an NHS dentist in rugby, I bit the bullet and went private, and have been nothing short of amazed at the effort and care taken by Dr Rahimi and their team. For the price of a Netflix subscription, I now feel more confident in my teeth than I ever have. When emergency struck, I was able to get an appointment and x-ray exceedingly fast. No wait for referrals, no pass ons, just professionalism and reliability. I really can’t recommend the team enough, it’s good to feel like a valued customer. ~ Nathan H

I went to this dentist today from Coventry as my dentist here had referred me ! When I arrived everyone was very polite, I had to have a root canal filling out as my tooth had fallen out but parts of it was in my gums ! The surgeon was excellent he explained everything to me and made me feel relaxed as i was so frightened! The nurse let me hold her hand kept talking to me and within a few minutes the tooth was out ! I went there today for a tooth to be pulled out and I'm a extremely nervous patient but I can't fault the staff...they put me and ease and really looked after me. Also I had my toddler and baby with me and they helped keep her busy :) so overall amazing place and all the staff are friendly. I was amazed by the whole treatment. Was very nervous extremely in fact, was ten years ago almost to the day. Nima + Natalie C, are brilliant . Putting me at ease from the first second, the whole place was so calm and nothing at all to be afraid of. For me I felt like I was on top of a sky scraper and very worried when I walked in, almost straight away I felt like I was on the third floor. The current staff are superb, Zoe who has been part of the ‘group’ almost as long as I have, Nat, and Natalie are all very welcoming and friendly. Archana has been my dentist for the last 6 years and I couldn't wish for better care. The nurses have changed over the years with Ramona being the newest. All part of a great team. Thank you so much to Avchana, Zoe, Natalie and the whole team. They are always very friendly and make me feel so comfortable. I never have to wait and they will see me whenever I need to be seen. I am frequently there due to my invisalign and have also got a dental plan which includes 4 cleans a year. It was my first appointment at Rugby Dental Care and my Dentist was Dr.Nima. I had such a positive experience with him and he really took his time to explain everything that was happening. This is definitely the best dental experience I have ever had. I am absolutely delighted with the treatment I receive in this practice. Nima is a thoroughly professional and highly competent dentist. He explains options carefully and then leaves the choice to you. All the dental nurses are friendly and skilled. The reception staff are invariably pleasant and helpful. Most of my life i was very conscious about my smile. I did not like the color nor the shape of my teeth. But now i can smile freely at any given moment thanks to Rugby Dental Care and especialy Mr Manku- my dentist. After taking care the health of my teeth he then change the aesthetics. I’ve been today. Genuinely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. All staff I came in contact with were smiley and confident people. A very good sign. Great place, lovely people, very polite and welcoming on every visit/encounter. My personal experience with Bhagwan Manku was brilliant, very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Bhagwan has been my dentist during the Invisalign process and I couldn’t recommend him more! Bhagwan is funny, kind and has put me at ease throughout the whole process. He is a perfectionist so has made sure that my teeth are as straight as possible. I will definitely continue going to Bhagwan in future.
